Rash during fever


A 30-year young male presented with a history of 

Fever for 11 days. Fever is low grade, intermittent, maximum recorded temperature 102-degree Fahrenheit. He gave a history of recurrent fever in the last 2 years. Fever is always associated with the rash. the rash is not palpable and non-tender. I rash disappeared when the fever subsided. There is no association with joint pain, cough, or any other systemic illness.
On examination only rash in the whole body which is blanched on pressure. There was no organomegaly or lymphadenopathy.
What is the differential diagnosis?
